If Regular price is $100, 50% off makes it $50. Additional 20% off makes it $40.
Option 2: 50% off Everything + Extra 20% off Purchase + Extra 50% off Clearance.
If Regular price is $100 and it's on clearance, sale price is $50. With 50% additional off, it's now $25. 20% off takes off another $5, so you pay $20.
So regardless of how you read the OP, it definitely is NOT giving you free clothes and 20%.
In for a half dozen dress shirts at ~$30 each (which is basically BR's true "regular" price with its constant sales)
