Coupon code just worked for me, signing up as a new customer using a credit card. Make sure you don't have a space at the end of the code.

I had the same issue trying to check out as a guest on mobile. I tried to add a new payment method on my current account as some people had luck with, that didn't work for me. What worked for me is checking out as a guest on Google chrome with the Slickdeals extension and allowing it to go through active coupons. That got me the $20 off coupon.

Thanks for the tip. Added the extension, but it still didn't work. Also tried another device as someone else suggested with no luck.
