First, I tried calling local store. A couple three minute-plus rings and no answer along with a hangup, I mean disconnect. Called 7 times to accomplish...
Then next, I call and chatted with three agents who wanted to call each store to determine inventory...
Finally, demanded a supervisor whe ended up going online to see about their App, then manually checked each store individually as even she didn't know how to obtain information, or, doesn't have access or Sam's IT staff suck and there is no available program/means within their own closed system to check inventory - which in my honest opinion is ridiculous.
So no where within a 100 miles of Springfield, Illinois is it available, or, no one at Sam's knows if they do....
