50db? Only two racks? I don't know this model but the regular price seems inflated. Maytag is NOT the same as us older folks remember the name. I bought my mother a full size portable unit years back and it did not last despite it costing twice as much as the other model I considered then. When the warranty ended, so did the life of the dishwasher.

These wear out quickly. I made this mistake twice with SD. All the internal parts just disintegrate and they are not cheap. Buy something else. The soap dispenser falls apart, then the brackets for the top drawer followed by the wheels in the lower rack. This is degenerative junk.
