Not quite, but thanks for playing. Your cell phone has a much smaller antenna than your car and the antenna on your phone is, to some extent, blocked by the metal shell of the car. Further, this uses AT&T, where as your cell phone might be using another carrier that does not work on AT&T towers.
It doesn't include Chevrolet.
