EDIT: I maxed out the shells, elbows, and vermicelli. This pasta is about $1.10 to $1.15 per pound. Average price in my area is $1.50 per pound. I believe the current prediction is that prices will keep rising. I figure I might as well store this and have peace of mind.

These used to be stupid cheap at Walmart, like 8 cents, then 26 cents. They are good for soups. But the shells and elbows you might as well get 16 ounces for a $1 instead of the 14 of this deal.

Yep, these are always this price. The bags are tiiiiny and the quality of pasta is very poor.

This is why I hate Amazon. Their algorithms automatically increase the price on anything that's getting traction so these were originally selling for the same price as Walmart but once enough people start buying an item the prices spike by 5%-20%
At least with Walmart you can rely on the prices staying the same.
