EDIT: I maxed out the shells, elbows, and vermicelli. This pasta is about $1.10 to $1.15 per pound. Average price in my area is $1.50 per pound. I believe the current prediction is that prices will keep rising. I figure I might as well store this and have peace of mind.

This is why I hate Amazon. Their algorithms automatically increase the price on anything that's getting traction so these were originally selling for the same price as Walmart but once enough people start buying an item the prices spike by 5%-20%
At least with Walmart you can rely on the prices staying the same.
pretty much every store in queens ny has bags of
some noname pasta or another for $1 a pound now.

If only farmers would stop using glyphosate as desiccant three days before harvesting the wheat, that would be great. But it won't be as cheap anymore.
