So you only need 104 newborn diapers before you move to size 1?

A lot don't even use newborn size and go straight to 1, my baby was 7 lb and we skipped it.

Probably not even that many.

I used to be a huge couponer, and a friend was having a baby so I was getting diapers when I saw them on sale. I'm a single guy so I've got no clue. I walked up to the register with 4 packs of Newborn size and the nice cashier (I couponed there quite often so she knew me a little) told me I didn't want to buy that size. She said most likely my friend's baby wouldn't be in size N very long and probably a lot of other people would buy them a pack anyway. She told me that if I wanted to stock up for them, I'd probably want to focus on size 2 and 3, because the kid would most likely be in those sizes a while.

Tip: If you have UNOPENED packs of diapers, some stores will let you exchange them for a different size, so long as it's the same brand and price, whether you bought them there or not. I believe CVS, Target, and Walmart did but that was several years ago so.

Had preemie twins and went through about 5-6 boxes of this, after being in preemie diapers for two weeks. It was pretty short lived in newborns before going to size 1, and you can go to size 1 pretty quickly, we didn't even end up using all the last box of newborns.
