The Ninja's non-stick coating is PTFA-free and PFOA-free ceramic. I do generally prefer stainless steel since ceramic coatings can still scratch/chip if you're not careful, but at least this one doesn't have the usual PFAS concerns.
Exactly. No one needs more PFAS in their lives.

I love the idea of this device but pressure cookers get run through the wringer and stainless is way more appropriate for that use case.
I have this and use it weekly. FYI, even thou it's the 6.5 qt version, it's HUGE and takes up a lot of counter space. I've used the pressure cooker, air fryer, and sous vide functions which have all worked awesome so far. Since then, I've become a Ninja Foodi fan and purchased their flip up oven and hand mixer.

This seems like a stella deal. Already have a Gourmia Air fryer and a pressure cooker, you think I should replace them both with this?
I'm in the same boat!!

someone correct me if i'm wrong but unlike the instant pot that uses a solid stainless steel pot for cooking, this seems to have a non-stick pot based on the picture on costco.com

I bought one of these a year and a half ago, it recently died on me. It seemed to think the lid was always in the open position so it would not air fry or pressure cook. Warranty was up so they were no help. Having said that I purchased this same one from Costco about a month ago (was on sale for $100 at the time) because it works so well. I use it almost every day. I figure since I purchased from Costco this time I should be able to return if I have any issues with it. A comparable Instant Pot I was considering was about $180 at the time so dropping $100 for it seemed like a deal. At $80 its a great deal

Sorry I'm a ninja foodi noob. Can I buy the 6.5 stainless steel pot to swap out the nonstick one to use in this machine?

This is the best thing on the market for making cannabis oil and cannabutter for cooking. No smell. Also makes a very nice and easy pot roast. (Not trying to make a pun there.) Very tender and juicy beef. I bought it about a year ago and I use it all the time.

how does this compare to an instantpot for pressure cooking? and reliability?
The company that makes Instant pot has declared bankruptcy recently.
