If it's not refurbished by the manufacturer, it's "used"
This is probably true but it also comes with a two year warranty through eBay so that's a nice little coverage
I have this model(not from this seller was new from Lenovo with 2x1 tb SSD and 32gb ram was $1500) I have been pretty happy with it performance never really given me any issues graphics card does hold up well.
Excellent laptop, bought it from Walmart last year. It plays everything thrown at it. Though sometimes I feel it is overkill since I only play strategy games.
I have the Intel version of this laptop which I bought new back in 2021. It's a great laptop. The 3070 runs at full speed and does not overheat. The screen is very good. It's easy to upgrade this one, it has 2 NVMe slots.

Same here, upgraded the ram and ssd and super happy with this laptop. Purchased 4 months ago brand new for $1050
I see the other deal for a legion 5 for ~$780, but it seems worse in every way except for having a newer gen chip.
It really depends on what you value more, gaming or CPU efficiency. The 3070 is going to be more of an improvement over a 3060 vs going from a 5800H to a 6800H. Personally I'd go with this one over the other Legion.
Got this laptop 2 weeks ago, it's practically new but without the original box, not a single minimal scratch. Only downside is that the 16gb RAM are 2 x 8gb Samsung so if you want to upgrade you need to replace both.

This is hilarious and so true. 😅 My friend has this beefy desktop gaming PC--fancy lights, liquid cooled, the whole thing and sits and plays League on it all night 😂

Me too, but I do miss thunderbolt to connect an external monitor when I'm at home. DisplayPort works ok but the monitor flickers to black randomly.
Also, my screen has a small burn in mark at the top, I've been thinking of submitting a ticket or something to get it replaced, but it's so small that I always forget.

"Certified
Pristine, like-new condition direct from the brand or authorized seller. "
So this is either from the vendor or a vendor authorized reseller
