I only order one time purchase, multiple quantity...if incorrect quantity is received, a CSR will always refund or correct ship quantity they advertised...Smilie

Same here, price per ounce also points to being only 1 box (not a five pack). My guess you will only get 1, and be disappointed

I have had to contact a bunch recently for missing or damaged packages. Been having a ton of problems with late deliveries and damaged product because they combine orders and put a fragile item in with a case of soup or something else heavy. CS has been a pain too. They keep making it harder to contact them and you spend so much time with them.

It is bad enough that I am buying more often from Walmart and Target just to avoid the potential issues. Would cancel Prime completely but mom likes the video and music services.

Product details states 7.7 ounces so I think you will only be receiving one. Pass.

like the last two months? i find it has go much easier - you go thru the return process first, then it links you straight into an openai-style chat with clickable answers - the latter part takes 45 seconds. much much easier than before.

It's been this price since Feb. I'm not sure this is actually a pack of 5. Amazon descriptions on food products are often misstated.

I have seen that a couple times. And that is great when you get them. That is how everything works when you have issue with a Target delivery.

I think the problem is most of the items I have an issue with are food, which is normally not returnable. So those prompts are not there and you have to contact CS. I get a lot of S&S items and there are issues all the time with damaged and open packages because of the way they are packed.

even though they are not returnable, you still go through the refund/return palaver - then at the end it links you to the cs chatbot.
