It's one picture, if you are uploading one picture and you are picking something law enforcement might be interested in... That's your own fault obviously.
• Amazon reserves the right to modify . . . the offer at any time.
In other words, Amazon may use these photos against you at any time on any basis that they deem appropriate, or sell them to law enforcement, other government entities or third parties for any use, including for surveillance, as they so choose.
BTW, the above aren't hypothetical events. They've already occurred.
Accordingly, this is an awful deal. Nothing slick about it.

Agreed. If you're concerned, take a picture of your floor, upload it, and profit!

So you're saying I shouldn't upload a picture of my massive coke stash? *sigh* 🤣

It says on the Amazon site we have to turn on auto-backup in order to receive the promo. Will uploading one photo work?
Thanks for the heads up — liked and repped.

It just says you need to upload a photo. It doesn't need to be a photo or yourself, your property, or anything else that you may want to keep private or is potentially incriminating. Always good to be wary about sharing personal data with Amazon (any third party, really, but especially Amazon) but in this particular instance, it would be trivial to take advantage of the deal without uploading anything they could use to violate your privacy.
Also, legally speaking, reserving the right to modify the offer doesn't mean they can retroactively modify whatever terms were in place when a customer accepted the offer.
