Same here. After they stopped the 20% off coupon and increased prices, HF does not make any sense anymore.

I only went in for the 20% discount. Or the free flash light which I then bought $20 of stuff. They seem to be clamping down post Covid world. I was really annoyed they inflated their price on disposable rubber gloves to insane levels end of 2020 to 2022. They are still kind of high.

In all my years stopping in once a month, I've never seen the bargain bin return table up front so full of stuff at my local one. It's starting to look like a Pawn shop. I'm surprised they don't crate the stuff up and send it some place to sell like woot.

Some other things I've noticed is less product on the floor to look at. I use to go in and tinker and look at the small engines, some of the tools setup. It's all ticket slips now.

I miss getting coupons for HF, Denny's. Etc in the mail every Tuesday and other restaurants every so often. Stopped around 2019-2020ish iirc. Now the only ones in my physical mail are just the shampoo/conditioner/individual products, and no stores and restaurants, and only one grocery store sends a weekly ad


Maybe theres still couponsin the Sunday paper but I haven't checked in awhile

I'm not sure why but this free tool coupon isn't working. I'm wondering if it's because you have to spend $49.99 on items that aren't discounted at all.

Yes, limited to few days, and lot of restrictions. Earlier they used to have the 20% off all the time, with fewer restrictions. Not to mention the price increase.
