ELIGIBILITY: The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store™ New Store Opening Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, and who are at eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT) on June 23, 2023 and all entries must be received by the Sponsor on or before 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 18, 2023
Prizes;
There will be eight (8) prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of the following:
One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® rocking chair and One (1) $100 Cracker Barrel Old Country Store gift card.
The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes is $225. (USD).
SWEEPSTAKES RUNNER-UP PRIZES (7): A total of seven (7) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded, as detailed below (one (1) prize per person):
One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Gift Basket consisting of the following items:
One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® pancake mix
One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® coffee
One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store coffee mug
Assorted Penny Candy
The ARV of each Runner-Up prize is $25 (USD). The ARV all Runner-Up Prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $175.00 (USD).
The total ARV of all of the prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $400.00 (USD).
