I have a $1800 mattress that I got for free from one of them. It's worse than the $400 Amazon basics my friend had (we have identical frames and weigh the same).
The $1800 price let's them offer a 1-year free return but basically if you keep it - it's like paying for 4-5 mattresses because it's really not worth $1800. I've owned several $200-$350 mattresses and it's as good as any of them (I always sold them when I moved)
Prior to that I had a distressed $29 zinus mattress shipped free from their eBay store and that $29 mattress was more comfortable
