The eBay reviews are right on the product page from customers. Seems pretty unfair to me to call the OP a shill, the product garbage, yet provide no proof. Good to be skeptical, but even better to reserve judgement until proof is found.
Reviews on a free product cannot automatically be discounted either. Suspicious meter x100 for sure, but believe it or not, there are actually some good products out there that have shill reviews on it.

I got one from Amazon for $5 and it has dual c-outlets, 20w each.

These can't be any riskier to use than those no name car chargers that are sold commonly. I've actually heard of this brand and it clams to be a 18w charger. In for a couple and hopefully they work better than a couple of the chargers I currently have.

Proof, please. FYI, I dig into the numbers, along with ReviewMeta, which also did not have nice things to say.
Or go buy this. It ain't my money.
Fakespot is and has always been incredibly inaccurate. It operates by scraping all reviews from a product page and looks for keywords in the review that might indicate a review is fake. There is no magical algorithm. Otherwise Amazon would discard them themselves. It's all smoke and mirrors.
Fakespot originated when Amazon allowed sponsored reviews and when Amazon added a note of whether a product was actually purchased. Those sponsored reviews would actually state they were sponsored reviews. In those limited scenarios it could accurately mark those reviews as fake but it cannot decipher fake reviews that are meant to look real. Amazon has not allowed sponsored reviews for years other than their official Vine program. They also do not allow reviews from those that have not purchased the product.
Today fakespot it makes extremely arbitrary decisions on what constitutes real and fake. "Low quality" reviews get marked as fake despite most reviews being low quality.
Further, Amazon weighs reviews internally and old reviews have reduced weight. You cannot simply add up all reviews to find the true star rating. Amazon also does not display reviews where no comment is made but it is reflected in the rating.
Fakespot has no chance of being accurate.

Which is why savvy shoppers will dig into the granular data on both sites and use their brains to figure stuff out, along with looking at critical reviews on potentially highly-shilled listings.

Sure you can use your own intuition and experience to be slightly more accurate than face value. But like I said, most reviews do not have any text so there is nothing to look into.

Is this really a fast charger? I know it says so in the description and listing, but I got mine today, and the specifications on the charger says 5V, 1.5A.... that doesn't equate to the 18W it says it has? And would using a USB-C to A adapter, "negate" fast-charging?
