Even though this is a shill slickdeal post, I cant complain. This is a good product have two of them myself and I paid $45 and $50 a piece for them almost a year ago. Survived Chicago weather swings including extreme cold and heat. Battery life has been great went over 8 months before I had to swap batteries. For $30 this is a steal!

Seems like a lot of people need to understand this lock comes with a easy to follow manual that covers all the below questions, here is the link to it.

Yes, its in the manual... Button combo Teeho Teeho + Master Code + Teeho, wait for the long green flash than hit the number 7, wait for the long green flash and press number 2 Than teeho and it should flash green to tell you it accepted.




Rain resistant but not rain proof, so I would not recommend it without an overhang. Its cheap enough though that it will probably last a few years without a overhang, and can be replaced. To be fair you could also just install a small overhang on the back of the gate cause all the electronics sit on the backside behind the door, small piece of wood or plastic and some double sided tape or nails and its like 5 minutes of work.



Have you tried Silent mode, which is listed directly in the manual?



The internals are good someone mentioned they use schalge internals, install was easy, overall very happy with it and I paid a lot more for this.

Bought two of these for $39 two months ago. Were a little tricky to instal because my doors are 200 years old, but they have been working well.

got one when it was $39. works ok, not in the same way as Schlage, but close enough for my mom.

fingerprint reader is pretty cool!

I ordered one which got delivered today. I didn't get a chance to install it. The packaging was bit odd. They just threw every piece of the hardware in a box. I chose oil rubbed bronze and the panel is scratched badly. Is that how this lock got delivered for the ones who had ordered recently?

Ordered the satin nickel and everything was packaged properly, you may have gotten a return item. Installed already and works great after some alignment issues that were my own fault lol.
