Timing: The Thrifty National Ice Cream Month Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins begins 12:00:00 AM ET on July 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2023 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and Rite Aid Rewards members at the time of entry ("Entrants").
Ten (10) Prizes: One (1) prize pack to be designated by Sponsor, including a one (1) year supply of Thrifty Ice Cream for winner (based on the average cost of one (1) 48-ounce container consumed per week, for 52 weeks) awarded in the form of a $350 Rite Aid Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: $400. Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,000.
