Some users were saying that these are a better value than Coway

The unit runs very quiet on levels 1-3 and pulls very little energy being on 24/7 on auto mode.
Air output does seem a bit lacking, I think the overall design probably inhibits better intake. Qualitywise it does not "wow", the bottom portion is just basically a plastic casing holding the filter and the fan unit itself is very light. Have not used the app and don't intend to.
Long story short, if you're looking for an air filter, I think this at $200 is a good deal and a fine unit for a medium sized room.
Edit
Just realize this is the plasmapro version with the ionizer - there's a lot of different thoughts on this function and ozone, I've personally turned off this function on other air purifiers.

I ended up picking this up.
Got to be Winix. Especially if you can get one at Costco with their warranty.

The max-throughput matters only if you're often in the middle of wildfire smoke. The noise lvl at the max-rpm settings on all of these machines are intolerably loud.
More units, running at low speeds in closed rooms, is far better for peace of mind.
It's also not going to kick in unless it detects a Sustained stream of particle count increase for a minute or 2. This is the most scientific design, because there's no reason to kick into high at every opportunity, it' just wastes power and makes more noise.
