Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") (the "Start Date"), and ends on July 17, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the "End Date") (such period, the "Sweepstakes Period").
Grand Prize (the "Prizes"): The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) trip for
themselves and one (1) guest to see Chemistry – an Intimate Night with Kelly Clarkson Exclusive Las Vegas Engagement perform at Planet Hollywood, located at 3667 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, on August 4, 2023 (the "Show"). The Prize will consist solely of: (i) two (2) round trip, economy class, airfare tickets from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence in the United States (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (Approximate Retail value ("ARV") $1000); (ii) hotel accommodations (based upon double occupancy) for two (2) nights at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas (ARV $1000); (iii) two (2) tickets to the Show and two (2) passes to the VIP pre show reception (ARV $800); and (iv) transportation (via Uber) (ARV $100). The total ARV of the Prize is $2,900.
Second Place Prizes. The Second Place Prize Winners will each receive one (1) signed
vinyl Kelly Clarkson Chemistry album (Approximate Retail Value of $100)
