PSA: Microsoft Gold to Ultimate no longer 1:1 Upgrade

Per the microsoft support page (see article for more details) the upgrade for gold to gamepass ultimate is now 3:2, instead of 1:1.
This means 3 years of xbox gold will now only transfer to 2 years of gamepass ultimate.
