Called Newegg customer service and they were not able to include Starfield with my 7/10 order, as expected. New a CPU still, believe the CPU bundles might start tomorrow.
It compares the current frame geometry and pixel data etc to the next frame and creates an intermediate fake frame to make it seem smoother, but it creates latency between controls and display.
It's like Soap Opera Effect on TVs with "SmoothMotion" "120Hz Motion Rate" etc, although it may be slightly better than that.
Black Frame Insertion and/or Variable Refresh Rate monitor / tv makes it kind of pointless IMO.

EDIT: So it will require hardware verification. How strict is that process? Does the GPU have to match the brand and model or just an AMD card? If I can sell the code to someone I will jump.
