The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (collectively, the "Territory") who are at least sixteen years of age at the time of participation

There is a limit of one Entry per person/valid email/mobile number via App or AMOE Page throughout the Promotion Period.

One "Grand Prize": The Grand Prize winner, subject to verification, will receive a four-day, three-night trip to the game city for game one ("Game City") for winner and one guest for the 2023 MLB® World Series currently scheduled to be played in October 2023. Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air travel for winner and one guest between a major airport nearest winner's residence to Game City; three nights' hotel accommodations (one standard double-occupancy room) in Game City, at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; two tickets for winner and one guest for game one of the 2023 World Series (ARV: $5,000), plus a check for $2,142 for Grand Prize winner to use for taxes, meals or travel expenses in their sole discretion (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). ARV of entire Grand Prize: $7,142. Grand Prize does not include tickets to or for any other game, event or exhibition. The exact seat locations for the game are determined by the applicable MLB Entities at their sole discretion and subject to availability. Sponsor and Prize Partners make no guarantee the check will cover all expenses incurred by winner. Ground transportation to/from airports and in Game City, is not included. A winner (or their parent/legal guardian if a Minor) must claim the prize within two business days of being notified and return Prize Claim Documents within five business days of date that such Prize Claim Documents are sent to potential winner and will then be contacted by the Administrator with details to receive the prize. This Grand Prize is subject to Additional Prize Terms below.

Twenty "First Prizes": Each First Prize winner, subject to verification, will receive one $100 MLBShop.com Gift Card valid at MLBShop.com that the winner may use for the purchase of any merchandise, applicable taxes and shipping up to a $100 total. Total ARV: $100. Winner (or their parent/legal guardian if a Minor) must claim this prize within forty-eight hours of notification. The Gift Card will then be sent to winner via email in approximately one week. Winner may use the Gift Card to shop online at MLBShop.com and select items for purchase. When making a purchase online, winner may redeem as many Gift Cards per order as they would like. Valid only at MLBShop.com. MLBShop.com Gift Card is valid for merchandise only and cannot be used towards the purchase of any MLB® game tickets. Except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, returned, reproduced, modified, sold, traded, refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
