I make my own BBQ (pulled pork, back ribs, brisket), and it's not that hard, but easy to make it dry, especially ribs, on reheat.
The last time there was a special going for sandwitch, the quantity of chopped pork was very less with a small bunch of fries that I ordered as sides.
