Timing: The Artists Meet Artists Taylor Swift Eras Tour Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 8:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on July 11, 2023, and ends at 11:59pm ET on July 27, 2023 (the "Entry Period").

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, and who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Florida and New York, and where prohibited by law.

Prizes:

Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner including:

One (1) coach air transportation, round-trip, for two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States closest to the winner's primary home (subject to confirmation by Sponsor); Sponsor reserves the right to instead provide ground transportation rather than air transportation if the winner resides within 180 miles of the Destination;
One (1) hotel room for two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room and room tax only) in or near Los Angeles, California, USA, checking in August 7, 2023 and checking out August 9, 2023 ("Hotel");
Two (2) tickets to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert on August 8, 2023 at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California, USA (the "Event");
Limousine transportation for two (2) to and from the Event from the Hotel; and
One (1) 36"x36" Artists Meet Artists sectional artwork, otherwise available for purchase at ArtistsMeetArtists.com, selected by the First Place Prize winner, custom produced on canvas with an art wrap frame.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $4,000.

First Place Prize. One (1) First Place Prize will be awarded to twelve (12) winners, each consisting of:

One (1) 24"x24" Artists Meet Artists sectional artwork, otherwise available for purchase at ArtistsMeetArtists.com, selected by the First Place Prize winner, custom produced on canvas with an art wrap frame.

Total ARV of all Prizes for each set of Thirteen Hundred (1,300) transformative artworks creatively portraying Taylor Swift that are purchased at ArtistsMeetArtists.com during the Entry Period: $4,000 to $8,440.
