Haven't bought a monitor in years but $50 for 24" ips seems really cheap, no? Bought 2 for my kids going away to college.
AOC is reliable monitor manufacturer. There is a reason Amazon is highlighting AOC as the OEM for this product which they don't do for most of their Basics product line.

Low end monitors are a commodity product at this point.
This could be a great monitor for a Retropie arcade build. Has HDMI and VGA input, but biggest bonus is built in sound and front panel buttons, including on/off.

I have used old Dell monitors in the past with a soundbar for Retropie builds with great success, no need for added amplifier or speakers.

The 3 camel hump website shows the lowest price for this ever as $97.05, so almost half of lowest price right now, I bought one, why not!

It looks like this has a USB port as well? Can anyone confirm that?

Edit: Nevermind, Amazon's image is super misleading. The USB port is only available on the 27" version.

Bought the 27" one few months ago, and it quit in about 3 weeks. Fortunately, still within the return window.

If buying this, make sure to purchase protection.

Nice find OP.

Purchased two to mount then as side monitors (portrait mode) to complement my 34 ultrawide!
