An Eligible Participant is a person aged 18 years or over who is subscribed to the Icelandair newsletter.
Each subscriber should not submit more than one (1) newsletter sign-up form
At the conclusion of the Contest, five (5) newsletter subscribers will each be awarded one (1) main prize of two (2) round-trip tickets on Icelandair in Saga Premium from any Icelandair gateway trip to any Icelandair destination in Europe (for North American participants) or North America (for European participants) with the option to add a Stopover in Iceland when traveling eastbound, westbound, or both.
Full details and restrictions:
Round-trip tickets for two (2) on Icelandair in Saga Premium class to the North American or European destination of their choice
Main prize includes the option to add a Stopover of up to 7 nights in Reykjavik, Iceland. Stopovers may be booked for travel eastbound, westbound, or in both directions
Main prize travel may be redeemed through August 31, 2028, regardless of travel date
Complimentary travel is on Icelandair-operated flights only, with both passengers traveling on the same itinerary.
Contest winners and their guests must travel together at all times of their confirmed flight reservations as arranged in accordance with their Icelandair representative
Transportation to/from the traveler's residence and their Icelandair gateway airport will not be provided as part of the Contest
Accommodation and other land arrangements beyond that which is expressly outlined herein are not included in travel prize
Itineraries displayed on the Icelandair website may include codeshare and/or interline connecting flights operated by other carriers, including Icelandair partners, but they are not eligible
Prize tickets will not accumulate points in our Saga Club program for frequent travelers
Maximum stay on prize tickets is 30 nights total
Blackout period for travel: December 15, 2023-2028 through January 5, 2024-2029
Flights subject to availability at the time of reservation
Prize ticket reservations cannot be made via the Icelandair website or with a travel agent
Passenger names must be provided exactly as they appear on their passports. Any corrections after ticketing will be subject to fees
Once tickets have been issued changes are not permitted and complete name changes are not allowed
Seat assignments are issued at airport check-in only on the day of departure
This prize letter has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be extended, sold or redeemed for cash or other services not described in this letter
