Not really a toy, IMO, but I recommend this feeder and have had one for years. Our adopted stray cat would eat until he puked but this slowed him down quite a bit. It comes apart to clean fairly easy.

Sometimes the food does not land inside the bottom dish and one of our other cats have learned to simply bump her head into it for the pieces to fall too but, overall, it's a good way to slow down hungry cats.

Owned multiples of these over a few years and they all cracked at where the base meets the feeder because our cats latch their teeth onto it, pull back, and let go to make all the food fly out. It also takes up a significant amount of space. It doesn't knock over very easily though.
