It shows zero at my local store and 2 were there. I asked the rep that pulled one off the top shelf for me to check other local stores. He said most had 1-2 and a few had 3. I was at the Oaks Lowe's. He pulled both off the top shelf and sat the other one in the aisle with a new clearance sticker on it and said it would be gone by close tonight.

Brickseek hasn't been too accurate for me on Lowe's YMMV clearance items. If you find yourself near a Lowe's, go ahead and look for this. You just may find it.

I feel like Lowe's has started to put their YMMV items up on a top shelf so an employee or two might benefit, rather than the public.

I've owned this exact same saw for over a decade. Lightweight, works great and worth every penny. My Makita collects dust 99% of the time.

Bought this saw used and used it for about a year and noticed that at full extension, it was starting to stray off cut. Went to lowes to see if anyone knew how to resolve the issue or order parts.. they told me to bring it in, and they would replace it. Told them I didn't have a receipt, and they said it wasn't an issue. Went home, got it, and took it back the same day so I would be dealing with the same manager. Replacement has been good for the past 7yrs now.

I own this. Good starter saw for $200, that's what this model retailed at for a decade. I haven't upgraded it. Lightweight and fairly accurate still. Good but if you can find one.

Snagged one in Las Vegas. The first Lowe's I went to didn't have any but a sales rep. checked other stores and a few had at least 1 in stock. Also, the 12" saw was on clearance as well at around ~$170.

Brickseek didn't show any in stock at any of the stores in my area so you'll have to call or visit the store to know for sure.

Got an item number for the 12" on clearance? Sounds like these and the 10"s are being replaced by a very similar product with a new number.

Unfortunately I don't. The sales rep. on the phone told me it was on clearance as well. This is the Lowes at Losee and Craig.
