Does anyone have this that can chime in? Looking at getting one and tried the 125 model at guitar world and felt good.... But the Roland also played nicely. I don't mind spending to get something better, I am not pianist by any means, but a light player.

Also wondering - starting piano lessons for my daughter and need to get her something. We have a 100+ year old upright piano but can't give it away a few broken hammers and 6 or 7 keys that don't work at all.

Would you be able to try this in store? I tried it and it changed my mind about getting it. The key feel seems very bad to me. I have a cheaper Casio that has more heft to the keys. I tried a couple of Yamahas and they sound great, but the key feel is very light and springy.

That's just my impression. If I had gotten it without trying, I would've been really disappointed.

Can't find a store near me with that model... The Casio I tried wasn't bad either, just didn't have any console styles there either

We have the 163 and are very happy with it. The weighted keys were one of the important factors. https://www.digitalpianoreviewgui...on-review/

Try a Guitar Center, as I was able to try it out and play for like an hour (nobody was there there entire time). Yeah, it's not going to be like a real upright piano in terms of feel, but for what it offers at this price point and portability (only 83lbs fully assembled) it is hard to beat. I would've preferred the key to be a little more weighted, but it's sufficient for my needs. Perhaps the 165 would be better, but at almost twice the current price of 145 with this deal ($949 vs $1799), I'm not sure if it's that worth it. Is it the best? No. But for this price point plus the free two day shipping, it's a no-brainier if you're looking for a casual playing electric piano that doesn't look like a keyboard on a stand.

Yeah, found a Sam Ash and Guitar Center in Cincinnati that says they have that model... Might go check it out... Wondering if one would even price match it...

Edit : also considering the other deal at adorama the Roland FP-30X and just adding the stand later on
