The price for this monitor normally lists for $999 and $899. There is a $50 coupon to clip right now on Amazon. Brings it down to $850 which is the lowest I've seen. Not the best deal in the world but it's $50.

It has the same panel as the other 27in oled models out right now. Corsair is giving a burn in warranty which is something the others are not.

It also has a kvm and better connections in the back compared to the other models.

$800 seems a bit much to pay for a 27in display, considering you can get a similar price on a 48in+ OLED. I understand there are differences in other features, but I can't help but feel like these will be $500-600 before too long.
Ha! That's pretty funny. His review says they should price it at $850 - $900.

I went to bestbuy to take a look at the floor model and the thing is bright enough in bestbuy. I get that it's not the brightest but it's not dim like people make these OLEDs seem. I can understand if you game in the sun but at night I will likely need to dim it.

If someone has this monitor already please chime in. I like the ports and kvm so I am about to order.
OLED will definitely wow you when you first get it but then you will start to realize issues with it. Text fringing and ABL made it completely unbearable for me after a while. I would wait for 4k 27-32" OLED monitors before diving in, unless you are prepared to drop $1000 on a secondary monitor.

Monitors Unboxed $850 is good price for this apparently.

I agree the pricing of monitors is all messed up. You would think bigger is more money but that is not the case. They clearly make the smaller sizes expensive because we have to pay it.

I can't put a 48in monitor on my desk. I could also buy a larger TV for the same price. If you are a gamer though we don't typically play on anything over 32in unless you consider wide screen format games. FPS gamers want to see the whole screen at once and having to turn your head is a negative.

Also pixel density is actually higher on the 27in 1440 than the 48in 4k.

I have a large 4k TV in my living room and Xbox series X. I rarely use it and still play on the other Xbox connected to my 27in 1080p monitor at my desk more.

I do agree they should be cheaper but the smaller monitors hold their prices because they do not compete with TVs where the large monitors do.

I'd probably get it if it didn't say that they can't deliver to my location. I'm not sure what's so difficult about shipping this to St. Paul.

My local Best Buy has one of these on display. If you want to look in person first check the best buy website and they tell you where the closest display model is. The one I went to also had an AW3423DWF hooked up but via HDMI so capped at 100hz while the Corsair was properly hooked up to DP@240.

Just going to warn you though, if you do go look in like 30 seconds flat you will convince yourself you absolutely need an OLED monitor. I ended up with the DWF for the ultrawide format, but ya the second I did the UFO ghosting test I was sold on the technology.

I have the 32QHD165 and I absolutely love it. This thing has an absolutely staggering color volume. Idk if I could justify $900 for a 27" 1440p display, but the 32QHD165 for $299 felt like a steal.

I have the LG, not this one, but yeah you're spot on with the brightness. I can use it in the room with a regular ceiling light on and it doesn't feel dim at all. In a heavily sunlit room or if you have very bright ceiling lights I can see it being a concern, but for the majority of use cases it's fine.

It's overpriced for a 27in with these specs. Should be closer to $650, given the kinds of panels that are available on the market today. You're correct.

Someone is playing loose with the math. If the price is 1000 then 50 off us 950.

It's marked down to $899 right now and then $50 off when you clip the coupon.

I used to have a 48. It's too large. I prefer 27.
