I'm thinking ahead to the impending iPhone 15 (my first iPhone since a 3G!) - I could buy 10x of these, the gf can give me cash for the Apple GC and I'll use the BB GC toward the phone when the time comes and she buys her's at the Apple Store…?

I guess there is a limit for 8 card at Apple. So $800 can be paid with GCs.
You can use more than that, but adding it to your Apple balance has its' own side effects.
