It doesn't list which battery it includes, but Home Depot says that it includes the P190 battery and that one doesn't have a charge indicator (I've got two of those myself and can confirm).
So I'd go with no, no indication lights.

Disagree. For small jobs or even bigger builds in my garage shop, I always use the 2ah batteries with my drills and drivers because of the size and weight. But I hate the ones without the charge indicator lights—those are a must have in my book. For a circular saw or router or sander I agree :-).
My daughter likes the 6ah battery..she figured out she can drive way longer
