Update: Turns out toe box is fine, but the rest of it is way too narrow. Oh well.
I was on the same boat as you where I'm size 10 in other brands and tried 10.5 for the free run. Except toe box, the rest of the shoe felt narrow so I ended up returning it and getting size 11 instead. Now it's perfect so I would advise you to try size 11 and see if that works! PS: I went with the flyknit version which costs a few bucks more than the original version but fits like a glove.
Thanks, but full size up was too long. I did also get a couple of other Nikes which actually came in wide, but they had weird arches in the wrong places. So I'm done with Nike.
