I disagree, the lotion ones always feel like blowing your nose in already used tissue. I'll use them when sick but for normal use, not a big fan.

I chatted with walmart about my one box! I ordered the 24 boxes to donate on an out of state teacher's wish list. Walmart told me the one box had 24 small packs in it but gave me a refund. When I got off the phone I emailed the teacher and NO this is just one box of tissues!

How were you able to chat with a human on the walmart website? All I can do is chat with a bot who wants me to drive somewhere to return the two boxes of tissues I received.

Apparently Walmart is now able to fulfill 24 customer orders using only one 24-pack case of tissues. Most of us are now receiving ONE BOX of tissues instead of the 24 boxes we ordered.

Answering my own question... apparently I tried to chat with Walmart when there was no live agent available. Clicking on the "something else" button worked today. I was able to get a full refund for the two cases of tissues and was not required to return the two boxes I received.

I bought 3 got it delivered today. They shipped 3 individual boxes!!! They did refund the money and told me to keep the 3 boxes. 🙄

Called Walmart. The guy on the phone told me everything is correct as a box of tissues costs $15 each. I couldn't help myself and asked if he was buying $15 a box tissues. He said he does not purchase these items. Now I really want to know if he is 1. Living without tissues 2. resides on the planet Earth or has remote work expanded out of the plant

When I called I was basically told the same thing. He said the description of the item was wrong and he would refund me. So, this "single pack" of tissues regularly costs over $60.. so which means 1 box is actually $60+ lol.
