Was return free or they deduct any fee?
Very true. I got the 6" inseam which are way better than the 8" imo, but still pretty baggy and loose in the legs. Still decided to keep them just because they were so cheap.

I just placed an online order and forgot to apply the coupon code, so I contacted them.
At first they said the B2S coupon doesn't apply to my item, in which I then screenshot it working in cart showing that it does. They then told me they cannot modify pending orders, and all I can do is return the item when it arrives.
I then said "I just placed this online order a few minutes ago, it hasn't shipped yet...can you just cancel the order?" They replied with "no, we cannot cancel it".
What a joke... useless
Yes fees. They deduct 6$. Just look at their policy on website. Also I have returned before and no way against waiving the fees. No exchanges either. Must return and rebuy but they may waive the return fee only when you rebuy over the phone. So yes fees, blantant lie there are no fees wow.
