Is this AT&T Samsung Flip 5 Deal at Sam's Club a good deal?

So I was at Sam's Club and was approached by a super aggressive salesman.
36 Month contract (no contract, contract, bill pay stuff)
1. Trade-In my Galaxy S8+ Working, for Samsung Flip 5, free no cost ($1000 trade in credit, any galaxy any condition)
2. Trade-In my Galaxy S10+ Cracked for Samsung Flip 5, free no cost ($1000 trade in credit, any galaxy any 3. condition)
3. Trade-In my iPhone 11 for iPhone 14, $100 cost
4. Trade-In my iPhone 14 Pro trade in for iPhone 14 Pro, both 256GB, $100 cost
5. Get a new iPhone 13 $360
Must port in 5 lines for this deal (or its $7 more per line). Monthly cost including AARP discount came out to $156 + taxes (he wouldn't tell me how much the taxes are). I figured with taxes it's $200 (compared with $150 I pay now at Metro which also includes Amazon Prime). So we would get some new phones but get locked into AT&T for 3 years and $50x36 about $1800 more cost than Metro over 3 years.
The any Galaxy TRADE IN credit is $1000 over 36 months or $27.77/month which offsets the new Flip 5 but if I leave I have to pay whatever is left)
Is this a good deal?
