That's a decent price, and maybe I just got a
Bad one, but I bought this a while back and it was
Not good…I had many issues and it was not easy to clean
I ended up tossing it away.
Have had one for years. Literally just set basically everything at 350 no matter what the food package says and it comes out great. Just check it early and more often and the results are really good every time. Burned a few things before I landed on this method, lol.
I have the fully stainless model from circa 2016 and it's great. Compared to other air fryer / toaster oven combos this is the only one I have seen that actually does decent air frying. It runs a bit hot but once you learn to back off the temperature and to be vigilant the results are great. I haven't use a true single tasker air fryer so I can't compare, but I will say that it will crisp up frozen fries very nicely.

Analog knobs are great. No navigating through menus or holding down a button for 20 seconds to increase the temperature. You can start this up in a few seconds no matter what you want to cook.

The top section with the dials houses a large fan that blows directly through the heating elements. It will blow around aluminum foil if its not held down well. Other toaster ovens use a traditional convection oven style fan on the side wall that does not provide adequate circulation for air frying.

Except for the analog timer because that thing is not accurate at all. Do agree on the analog knobs for temperature being superior

so easy to start.

the digital one you need to hit every button and use the dial to dial in the time and temp.

and the digital one has issues... my dad has gone though 3 all covered under warranty.

I always have issues with setting the right temperature and time on analog. I regret buying analog, saying that I don't have experience on digital

i agree they run hot, but its super small learning curve to get these temps correct.

It does so much more than a standard oven. It takes next to no time to preheat, air fries, perfect for quickly reheated bread or pizza or fried chicken. It wont make food rubbery like a microwave either. I love doing roasted cauliflower and air frying sweet potato fries or cottage fries for breakfast skillets. I only use the big oven for larger dishes or pizza on a stone.

These run hot and didn't last long for me. After 2.5 years most of the functions stopped working. Could only bake and toast. After about 3 years it finally died.

Don't do it. Please. I got one based on online recommendations, and I'm desperate for it to kick the bucket so I can purchase something else. Yes, it's sturdy, all right, but its value ends there. Temps are inaccurate and inconsistent, as is timing. It's difficult to clean and takes up a lot of space for its capacity. Ignore wirecutter, etc., and read actual customer reviews.
