Here you can literallyt choose each and every components from a list of off-the-shelves components which you can buy in the market and customize every thing as per your need. All CyberPowerPC is doing is simply assembling it for you, do some testing and sending it to you. The Total price is slightly lower since they buys stuff in bulk.
