I'm not from USA, but I want to buy some of these phones that come up on prepaid plans. So far I've only been successful in buying from boost and mint when using my cards. But tracfone and metro usually have better deals. Unfortunately and payment method I used so far on their sites has been rejected.
So I've been thinking about prepaid virtual cards that would make it look like I'm buying from USA. Do they work? Anybody used them? Any specific providers to recommend?
