Maybe YMMV then, it popped up on the right side of the screen after navigating to the page. I think free shipping over $25 should still apply even if that discount doesn't.

I had a hard time with dicks's. Went through 3 customer service online agents before getting one that was willing to price match. The reason was because it was a clearance item on academy's website. Keep trying and someone will help.
