I'm also not seeing this price.

at my store, they are in the high traffic aisle that runs directly perpendicular to but also adjacent to where all the registers/check out are . . . basically where the most people walk and where they place their on-sale/items they think people will buy on a whim (see attached/marked in green). . . they are in a special carboard display as per the second picture in the OP (for my store they are also not listed on the website but they are present in the store as pictured)

Probably. These are polyster garbage. Contrary to the marketing, they are non-breathable & don't cool for sh!t. Why do companies keep pushing this garbage fabric? They have been on clearance at my HD for 1-2 months & Noone buys them lol
