I use my 5 dollar monthly coupon on Nintendo eShop all the time. Gotta go in the store and buy a physical card. THEN I use to the 5 dollar coupon on their app to get 5 dollars off an in door pickup item. You just need to make sure to have the order and coupon on your card before you go in store.

Great for stocking stuffers. But yeah free shipping is a joke now at 79 bucks.
Thats not a price change, the prices reflect differently on the website depending on what's in your cart, so if you have a few items added, the helmet was only $50 to add to cart. If you add 3 of those $100 helmets to cart it will still only be $100. It's a terrible "feature" of the website, but the prices aren't actually changing.
I laughed when I saw them listing an Iphone 13 case for $80

Not if you're paying double with the deal. If you don't b2g1 free, you get 50% off. LMAO

If you get $5 off a $10 item, you still have to pay $5.

Have an old GC I'd like to burn off. Trying to filter by items available to pick up in store, but the search results don't give you only the items available near you or at the particular store you've selected. Instead you get any items that are available... somewhere.

I was trying to buy the Audio Technica headset, priced at 49.50. I add it to my cart. It remains the same price, but as soon as I add more things, it jumps to 99.50...I don't understand Gamestop. These pricing scams on check out are old.

Good offer until you find it rings up a long sleeve shirt for $28 or a hoodie at $37 in order to take advantage of the buy 1 get 2

I believe you can buy the headset at that price by itself but if you add three items the pricing reverts to B1G2. You can probably purchase them in separate transactions though.

Btw, in case anyone didn't know, if you're a pro member, GameStop expires your $5 at 4pm of your local time on the last day of the month. Found that out when heading in after work. You'd expect it to expire at the end of the day, but... nope.

Gamestop has been "circling the drain" for over 25 years now. I remember buying final fantasy 7 in 1997 from them thinking the stores would be closed before y2k and they survived for 30 years they have survived at its a total mystery to me.
1) Professionals short GameStop stock.
2) WallStreetBets buys up GameStop stock, which causes the stock price to rise.
3) Professionals buy back shorted GameStop stock at a higher stock price and lose money.
4) GameStop issues more stock to raise money to cover costs.
5) GameStop's stock drops. Start at 1.

Kind of a lame deal with how it is advertised.
Yes, it's 50% off the first item for everyone, but pro members don't get the 50% off clearance and buy 1 get 2 free. They get buy 1 clearance item at regular clearance price and get 2 more free at that same regular clearance price.

This is ONLY a SD if you buy three of something, which I'm happy to report the best deal you can get from this is the JOBY Beamo LED light:

Three for $85 is a pretty darn good deal!

And yes, this is kind of BS considering the site says that the $5 Pro certificate expires on the first of the month at 6:00 PM Central

This is the worst thing about their site. I want to browse used games by location but you can't unless you go into the game page and then filter for location. Such a shitty system.

Super surprised that Game Stop is still open, with their ridiculous trade in values and price points.

You forgot 6) Pointless 4:1 reverse split.

How would allowing you to take $5 from them each month with no profit (steam cards) help them stop "circling the drain"?

People have been bitching about GameStop for 15 years. They still exist because they have something you want.

And they will still exist 5 years from now and I bet rather than just shopping elsewhere you'll be someplace like this…bitching about policies.
Their whole Pro pitch is $5 free each month. You used to be able to use it for gift cards online. Gamestop is a shell of its former self. Their hours are shortened, they have barely any stock, one employee working, cutting back standard benefits like free shipping, I could go on. Amazon and Best Buy are eating Gamestop's lunch.
