These coffee capsules should be tax free shipping to CA. I bought them many times from different vendors, nespresso, starbucks, peets, Amazon, all are tax free. But Focus Camera charges tax on them, 9.5% to my address. Still bought x2 anyway.

update:
emailed them and got a reply right away.

I ordered these Nespresso pods from them before. They ship in a plain package envelope with light padding. Several of boxes were dented in and the pods were damaged. A few of the pods I was able to reshape and they worked without issues. The others I had to tore open and tried to reuse in my drip coffee machine. I contacted their customer service and they sent over another shipment free of charge. The next shipment had the same issues but in the end I wound up getting more pods than I originally paid for. A minor inconvenience but their customer service took care of it quickly without much hassle.
