This is a 6GB 3050. They released those for creators primarily as they have a 96-bit memory bus instead of 128-bit.
Not every laptop is for the same type of buyer. This category of laptop is for 'creative' users. A marketing ploy by Nvidia to sell their less than impressive RTX 3050 series gpu as it failed as a repsected, proper gaming Gpu.So the tgp or wattage will be lower.
