Let me get this straight. Some of you are NBA tall and you just realized you need longer clubs? 😂

The club head angles should really be adjusted when lengthening clubs.
For my game it really doesn't matter much. ;-)

I had a fitting, and to be fair I'm quite new and terrible, but overall I felt like it was a waste of time. The main thing I gained was the trackman data (did not know what my swing speed was previously) and some feeling for different type of club configs (we did find that I tended to do better with the lightest weight stiff flex shafts, and I had been using regular flex). Maybe in a year or so I will get fitted again, but I can't really buy into the whole pxg vibe, and at the end the fitter obviously tuned out after I couldn't reliably hit driver, and basically cut my session short by 45 minutes.

You called it a waste of time, but in the end, you learned what your swing speed was and you that you're better with a stiff flex shaft vs. a regular flex. I believe you got a lot from your fitting. Did you expect lessons or something?

Had the fitting session yesterday. In a nutshell, it was good to see all the data about my swing; swing path, clubhead position at impact, ball speed, carry distance, etc.

Tried several shafts and head combinations, different shaft lengths, as well as larger mid and jumbo grips.

The guy pitched PXG clubs throughout the session (expected) but I told him I'm also trying out other brands. Even though it was a fitting session for PXG clubs, I got good insight about my swing and flaws I need to work on.

For $32, it was money well spent.

I don't have a best experience with my PXG fitting. The fitter was distracted and I didn't feel like I got the attention I deserved. I ended up buying PXG clubs and they just didn't end up working for me. I went to another fitter that for me across multiple brands and I ended up getting new clubs again.

Regardless of my experience with my individual fitter I would recommend not doing a brand specific fitting. They will put you in the best clubs in their brand but a regular fitter will get you in the right brand/clubs

Ehh I'm just not a fan of PXG's logo to say the least, or the Transformers vibe of their clubs.

Just had my fitting this morning and after hitting 250 shots for $32, was the best screen golf session I've had in a while. $3800 a bit steep for a 14 club set but I got the printed breakdown of the shafts, grip etc. having my wife go get fitted next week

I had high expectations for PXG. They talk big game and sell you the world then are nowhere to be found when you have an issue

So did any of you walk away with a spec sheet that you could use elsewhere? Or just your clubhead speed etc...
