Depends on your confidence as a rider. If you are talking your typical year-round dirt or gravel roads with smallish divots/puddles, I think it's pretty easily managed. You can definitely get knobbier tires in this size if you want to experiment with options for better grip in loose sections.

If you are talking seasonal roads that may be prone to washouts, mud, or deeper rutting from being driven in the wet, I'd get a MTB-oriented bike, or go for the full-on fat bike. There's no substitute for tire contact patch size for generating traction in dicey conditions.

juiced is problomatic. Ride a pedal bike and get or stay healthy. So many ebike riders are overweight.

Lots of negatives on Reddit and other sites. Also not a member of BBB. https://www.reddit.com/r/ebikes/c...r_service/

Ebikes actually get a lot of people back to an active lifestyle, it allows one to control how much of a workout they want. Regular bikes and hill climbs are sometimes a no-starter for some people. There was a study that actually showed this.

Overweight = overeating. Buying a non-ebike does nothing for weight. More exercise = more hungry.
