It did? Because I watched it and saw the following:

- Only air intake is the cpu radiator mounted in the front pulling air in and preheating it before it hit the gpu

- Much higher than average case temps

- Cooking the 4090, resulting in one of the highest 4090 temps

- Bios won't allow four sticks of ram to run at 5600, only 4000

Not making the radiator an exhaust up top and not having all 4 sticks be able to get to 5600 made this a definite no for me. Its a terrible design.
It is a Lenovo motherboard but it is also a standard ATX design.

I tried to make the closest apples to apples comparison with PCPP and selected the cheapest components. This prebuilt is still cheaper (not by much if you exclude the OS, although I did leave fans out so there's a few bucks more that would be required if you are doing a complete build):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tz2HBL

With this you get a single device to return/RMA if something fails as opposed to sending individual parts back. I felt the trade off with the proprietary MB and GPU was worth it... Just my opinion/rationalization of my own purchase.
Fyi for anyone else, from a comment:
"This product has a proprietary motherboard that is incompatible with high speed ram. What's really unacceptable is that it is advertised and shipped with 5600 Mhz ram, but the product actually does not even support the ram that it's shipped with. This is obviously not acceptable and feels dishonest. You simply cannot use high speed ram with this product which is insane for a $3000 computer. As things stand, it seems you will never be able to upgrade to highspeed ram for the life of the product. The BIOS is proprietary and extremely limited. Some of the supplied drivers from the Lenovo website actually cause more harm than good. Some of the drivers/software on the download page are recycled from other Lenovo products and this is very evident because when you download and run the drivers you will get an error message."

Everything else I've found is $1000+ more. Guess I'll keep waiting.

I was able to get mine ordered today with the discounts for $2,642.00 with tax. I was coming up with $2450 on parts picker without an OS. Dam good deal.
This is $3k with Pcpart Picker.. How are you getting it so low? Are you sure you're matching spec for spec?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9wbn6D

And this is with a worse gpu. The 4090 here is closer to the suprim x or rog strix than the cheaper models

Also don't forget thermal paste, zip ties and a few others things that have to go with a build that most people forget to add the cost vs pre-built

Use that guide. Also hope you know how to setup gpu as well in the Nvidia control panel.. Put high performance mode on. Turn on performance for quality. Don't have gsync or vsync on 3d mark even tells you it can lower score. Use msi afterburner and OC the gpu. Honestly there's lots if tricks lol

My ram is teamgroup 7200 cl34. So far I'm only running at 6800. I haven't tuned the stock timings like I did before...yet.. I can probably get 7000 if not even 7200 when I put a contact frame on the cpu in a few weeks

Don't mess with the original rams timings. it's Junk. The MB will eventually reset itself. It's only a few fps in games anyways. I wouldn't worry about it. I play at 1440p.
I have 96GB of DDR5 RAM 6800MHz version. Do you have any suggestions on how to set the timings to 6800MHz? I've managed to get it to 6200MHz so far. Is there an easy way to tune and test it? What voltage do you recommend for the 6800mhz memory?

I don't know how to tune xmp ram. I just did what you did. Put the speed at which it works and left it alone. I could mess with it but tunning ram and checking for stability takes hours upon hours and it's only a small fps gain.

Be happy you got that size ram to run that fast.

With a 6200MHz memory clock and 96GB of RAM, I only achieved a score of 31200 - 31500 in Timespy. I didn't see a significant boost in the Timespy score. Your total Timespy score was above 35000, and your GPU score was above 38000. What have you done?to archieve that score?

Use the msi afterburner. Increase voltage to 100%. Will go from 1.050 to 1.070.. Then use an overclock on the gpu +225 core +1500 memory

I didn't change it. My kit is 1.40v
Which is the max in bios so doesn't even have overclock room

Ordered mine.. 32gb version on 10/11.. a few days after I ordered it moved the delivery date to 10/23.That's tomorrow and it still shows it hasn't shipped so it will be interesting tomorrow to see if it updates. I'm not in a hurry for it.. still backing up my old computer and I really want to get it listed and sold before I receive the new one. I know myself.. if I don't get the old one out before the new one the old pc will sit in the closet until it's worthless Smilie

I set MSI Afterburner's main voltage to 100% and increased the GPU clock by +179mhz. Only twice did I pass the test at 1499 memory speed. I struggled to pass it with +179mhz after many attempts, often encountering a significant number of BSODs with 'nvlddmkm.sys' errors.
My best GPU score was 37,700, and at one point, I managed to achieve around +154MHz. Is there something I might be missing?
As for CPU overclocking, I reached my best score of 20,070 without any CPU overclocking. I found it peculiar that after overclocking with MSI Afterburner, my score didn't improve despite multiple attempts. However, I noticed that more GPU overclocking didn't increase the GPU score but raised the CPU score by about 1,000 points in Timespy.
Can you provide more suggestions on CPU and GPU overclocking, please? Was your OS WIN10 or WIN11 and what version of timespy did you use?

W11. Not much else you can do. Your gpu and cpu score is above avg for the parts. You're good.

It comes down to silicone lottery. I possibly have a very good bin. I play at +210 core +1600 memory and haven't crashed once in Cyberpunk, Timespy, BF2042, Remnant 2, Darktide and a few others

Also my new gpu record so far is 39.5k timespy. Avg clock speed was 2990, lol. Why couldn't it just be 3k.. Come winter I'm opening my windows and gunning for 3k avg clock speed.

In games I'm maybe 2fps higher if that. It's not a big deal imo.

Honestly I use a power limit of only 80% for most games anyways. The 4090 is a beast

One last try, got same memory as yours. what was your memory main timing and sub timing configuration?
For main I got 2, 34,42, 84...
sub: 32 32 24 96 7040 1471 789 auto 682 auto 18 8 36 9 18...
I am at 6600mhz, but want to archive 6800mhz...
please help. Thanks.
