Seems not all Walgreens are participating as I couldn't find 3 of the closest Walgreens near me with zip or address.

That could be the case. Not all Walgreens are stocked with magnets. Usually when you go to check out, it will give you a few Walgreens near you that can do the order. Perhaps you have done this already.
