Playing on pc have a high refresh rate setup

This isn't an elitist comment saying that 30fps needs to go away, but if you're you're locking 10 seconds of actual gameplay to 30, lock all gameplay to 30. This was a huge complaint during the life of 11, and instead of listen to their audience and change lanes, they focused on trying to get celebrities to act and voice the characters. I used to blame WB for this kind of nonsense but Ed Boon is clearly at the forefront of the bad decision making these days.
